| Tonight I went to Findly Ohio with a group of other students from school to help with a wedding reception for Chef Randy's son's wedding. I had alot of fun even though it was a hour and a half drive...yik
I got payed alot more than I have ever been paid for 5 + hours of work...Basically I helped decorate and set up and tare down. It was a big switch for me...Wedding receptions I have been to are usually 200 plus ppl. This had like 60ish..I guess the fact that they were married a month ago and that they had the reception way out in the boonies might have made a difference too though. Anyway it was the first one I had been to that had any kind of dancing or alcahol...no I did not partake... nor did any of the other students..
On the way home there was a lightning storm and the others in the car were ooohhing using phrasology and all that over it....It makes me sad the words they use to express them selfs...It also does not sound intelegent at all. I thought the lightning was awesome and I have no idea how ppl don't believe in God when they see natures miricles like that. At one point I saw three lightning bolts all in a row, it was sooo cool.
Please pray that I can be a witness in everything I do. I want to show Jesus in the things I say and do. I know ppl know were I stand on things. But I need to help them see that Jesus is THE ONLY way to Heaven and I need to do it in a way that is not snooty or "I am above you" way.

| Well the first quater is done! I learned alot and had a bunch of fun in the prosses. I never thought I would go to college let alone enjoy it.  I love the sinclair kitchen so much that I think the Chefs are getting tired of seeing me.  But they will have to deal with it for atleast 2 more years! | | |
